Central Hotel Cheltenham by Roomsbooked

It was a perfect room and decent price for the one night i was there. I came to be in the area for a nice walk i took in the morning which was the perfect location. And the staff were very freindly and helpfull.

The cleanliness i wouldn give the tops, one of the cups had coffie stains. The carpet could have done with a better hoover and i saw some dirt under the bed.

I was stressed upon arrival which developed into an uneccessary dispute when a senior member of staff intervened. Matter resolved with junior sraffer direct

microwave and fridge

Rooms had no locks on which as a solo female traveller was horrible. I had to move the bed in front of the door just to feel safe. The room was also dirty and not well cleaned. For the price I wasn’t expecting a lot but suspicious stains and no lock was not worth the money at all

Good location - walking distance to shops etc. Biscuits on the tea tray.

The toilet ran all the time, needs fixing. No shelf in the bathroom for placing personal items. Shower door was difficult to open/close, needs fixing. Lumpy pillows

We have had a very good experience here, our room had everything needed for a good stay, clean and tidy. THE STAFF ARE SO NICE 😃, Excellent location, a stones throw away from all all you need, very nice town. Thank you for our lovely stay xx

Needs updating Room comfortable but needs a little bit of tender loving care painting Stair carpet needs replacing very dirty and unsafe
