Unfortunately, not sure who, but my bathroom little bin was not emptied from previous guests, that was bit poor,

"Basically all we needed was a bed for the night which is what got with no grills!"

There was no breakfast (we knew this in advance). The room was clean and tidy as was the toilet/shower room. The twin beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location is very close to the town centre.

The whole place is looking a bit tired but we did not expect Premier Inn standards for £59 per night!

"Comfortable enough stay in conveniently situated basic accommodation"

The room was of a reasonable size, quiet and clean enough. Useful to have a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable enough. Very conveniently situated for Cheltenham town centre. Easy walking distance to coach station. Friendly staff.

Room would benefit from being redecorated. Carpet was stained and needs replacing. Bedding and towels didn't feel very fresh or smell very nice. Bedside lamp was nowhere near the bed.
