"Comfy, friendly and so close to the town centre!"

Great location, really comfy bed and helpful staff. It’s a proper building, not a horrible sealed stuffy prison! Having a fridge and microwave in the room was really usedul!

It could do with a lick of paint but I would more than trade that for a comfy bed!

"Unpleasant check out is 10am ridiculous"

The only good part is it’s on central

The property was very small and not properly maintained. Cleanliness was below expectations, and there was a constant wind noise coming through the chimney, which made it very uncomfortable. The bed was also too small, despite booking for two people. my husband and I could barely sleep due to the lack of space. Overall, the experience was quite unhygienic and disappointing

"Rougher than Cactus Nuts"

To be honest. Not a lot. I grew up in South London and parts of Medway in Kent and still found this place to be rougher than cactus nuts!

The bed was a wobbly mess, clingy to life like Donald Trumps hair piece. The base was an OSB plank of wood and the mattress was like sticks wrapped in cotton wall. I believe the shower may have been Victorian but I'm no historian. But it was definitely Der than the back to the future Delorian.

Very good location for Cheltenham Centre. Free parking. Ensuite facilities. Great value for money.

Could have been a bit cleaner and the lighting wasn't the best.

"Lovely stay"

Room: clean and great value for money as "upgraded" to room with own bathroom (not shared) Location: good for city centre by foot Lovely staff, all always trying to help

Room: Bathroom light not working, TV not working / connected (and evening/night staff could not solve either issue), both were not a problem for me as only staying for one night only
