Thank you Marriott staff, shuttle drivers, housekeepers, catering, restaurant and bar for another great week of training. We enjoy our time at the Marriott of Colorado Springs.

I’m grateful to have met and had a chance to chat with Andrew. The conversation was really friendly, not only with myself but I noticed everyone he came in contact with. He was able to get us to the airport safely and wished us well on our travels. A breath of fresh air he was. Thanks Andrew.

Andrew/Drew drove me from my hotel to Garden of the Gods and he was the friendliest driver!! He was super busy today and I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it before my flight but he squeezed me in. You can tell he loves his job & takes customer service to another level. He got the door for me and talked the whole time about the area as well. I’m not from here but I travel a lot for work and Andrew is one of, if not the nicest, driver I’ve ever come across. 🙂 if you’re looking for a ride for yourself or your family anywhere, this is your guy. He also let me know about what time he’d be finishing up his other rides so I could plan my day and then have a ride back in time for my flight! Awesome guy..Thank you, Drew!

Only good thing about my stay was the very nice and efficient shuttle service with Ryan. Otherwise there is a lack of personnel leading to the room not being cleaned, the Airco repaired only after 3 days etc The personnel is nice and apologetic, also compensated with gift coupons and fidelity points yet it doesn’t create a good customer impression.

Andrew is vey kind, socialanle, and friendly. I’m grateful he was my shuttle driver. He drove us to and from the hotel and airport . He provides local information about COS and took us to Garden of Gods when he finished his shift.

Andrew was great! Told us all about the local sites and gave tips on the best places to go. Friendly and took us out to Garden of the Gods.

Great stay. Andrew was a great help. He Actually approached me to offer help. Very professional. It’s things like this that make my stay great and makes me want to return to this Marriott.

I am a Southwest crew member and Heidi was our van driver. Heidi was very personable and knowledgeable giving us information that was very useful and helpful to our overnight. She also greeted us in the airport which was so nice and offered us water in the van. She went above and beyond.
