Colorado Springs Marriott

Ive stayed here a few times and the beds get worse and worse with every stay. It is a very convenient hotel for most events in the Springs but I wake up as if ive slept on the floor.

Ryan was absolutely wonderful! He gave me a ride to the Garden of the Gods and made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. He was friendly, reliable, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated the tour ideas he shared, they made exploring the area even more exciting. Ryan is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and someone I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great experience in Colorado Springs.

Just beautiful easy to find hotel

Nice room. Clean

Wait staff was vacuuming and sweeping the dining room floors while eating a $100.00 meal. This was at 7:30 pm while everyone was having dinner. Front desk said cleaning crew would refresh room during the day but no one came.

Location

Room not stocked with amenities, Coffee, phone not working, hot tub did not work. Overpriced, parking fee not in urban setting. No breakfast include. TV only sells Bonvoy. Hold too much money in reserve compared to other hotel.

I enjoyed this hotel. As a Titanium, I got upgraded to the Concierge Level on the 9th floor and while I could have requested a mountain view room, I stayed with my "city view" room as it was fine. There is so much to do in the surrounding area, that I spent very little time in the hotel, but the pool looked amazing. Breakfast at the lounge was meh, so I had the restaurant at the lounge which is the same food but has a few other things like bagels and a pot of coffee per table (which I thought was brilliant). Front desk was super nice. Great quiet location, lots of parking (complimentary on my rate) but nobody checks, so I don't know why you would pay for it if they charged you. I would definitely return and request a mountain view room.

My consiere level room was not ready and had to take a much lower floor level than I wanted and paid for.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were ok. My tub was not draining well. It would take a few hours for it to drain and then there was a ring around the tub, which house keeping didn't clean. They vacuumed at night while I was sleeping in the hallway, both nights, and the shower next door was making a loud winy sound when someone was showering, and they showered at night.

This was our second time visiting the Marriott Colorado Springs. The hotel has a very warm and friendly feel to it with everyone from business people to families staying there. The staff are just lovely and super helpful. We ate in the restaurant quite a lot as the food was really good. Our room was really spacious and very clean. The facilities at the hotel are great, we used the gym most days.
