Colorado Springs Marriott

Rooms could have been serviced more frequently without us asking - for coffee & cups, waste basket emptying, We also noted small amount of blood on sheet when we first got there. We didn't;t report it.

Mediocre hotel. Rooms were small but clean. Couldn’t use the outdoor pool (which was the primary reason we chose this hotel) due to weather ( thunderstorms ). Indoor pool is in desperate need of update/repair. Breakfast was overpriced and disgusting. Breakfast Buffet was similar to what you would find at an included breakfast at a lower price point hotel. Cold and stale. My daughter ordered off menu and found hair in her breakfast. Very expensive breakfast that we didn’t eat. Better options near by in similar price points.

Great place to stay. Room met our needs. My husband is disabled and all were helpful in our needs. Helped with luggage which was greatly appreciated. Room, restaurant, bar were great. Views of the mountains was great. Enjoyed our stay.

I was disappointed in the concierge level and its crappy Costcoesk microwaved food that was not appealing nor eatable. The young lady that works the concierge on the 9th floor had an attitude. and seemed perturbed and an inconvenience for her if you even asked her a question... The food needs to be improved on the 9th floor period.. They also now charge for alcohol when you used to get 2 drinks free. but The room was great and the staff were great. Front desk Tracy, and at the bar Jess Katherine, Genno and especially Jeff were great. The food at the bar is great. Also the housekeeping staff were great. I did complain to the GM Matt about the concierge food problem and he did a great job of showing how he valued my patronage.

I was told at check-in the outdoor pool and hot tub would be open until 10PM that evening, no mention of any work being done. I arrive after my work day to use the hot tub and my husband called to make sure it was open, and they said it was closed for the night, and we said it was only 9PM - and then she said "closed for maintenance and cleaning". There was no one working on it, we essentially booked the hotel for that amenity and it being a Mariott. The AC in our room also stopped working shortly after we check in and didn't get any cooler than 75 degrees although it was set at 62 for hours. It got very stuffy and thankfully we were leaving earlier in the AM. I expected better from a Mariott property.

Paid more than surrounding hotels to attend an event and then wasn’t able to check in until late. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 7:40am. Completely overpriced for the quality of rooms, pool and service.

I didn’t like the fact they advertised a Mountain View and it absolutely was not unless you want to press your face to the window and look right.

Loved this hotel, nephew had a blast with 2 pools lol

Our stay was great! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the outdoor space with pool and patio was beautifully set against mountain views. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a really nice stay. The room was clean and we had nice views. The food was also good and the hotel was located by all the attractions that we had on our itinerary.
