"Newly remodeled"

I have stayed at this full service hotel at least four times in the last two months. It is newly renovated with very friendly staff. It is a quick Uber ride from the airport and convenient to downtown attractions including theaters, restaurants, PPG Arena and the strip. Plus, the free subway station is just across the street.

"DO NOT STAY HERE"

I know you will see reviews that tell you not to go here but I SINCERELY mean this when I say DO NOT GO HERE. My husband and I booked a room 5 days in advance through a “third party” because we wanted to gain points for our upcoming trip. The room we paid for was a king suite. We showed up to our room and were not informed that we had been downgraded to a room with two twin beds. We found out after opening the door. The room was dirty, it was smelly, and unbelievable that we would be moved to a room with twin beds for a couple. We complained to the front desk, texted and even brought this issue up to the manger. They said they could do nothing for us and we had to “deal with it.” The children are loud, and we have been ding-dong ditched multiple times. This is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. HORRIBLE experience. I do not recommend this at all.

Location was not that great. Difficult to get to facilities being opened.

I didn't like location. I didn't like the room. They didn't clean it right. Very dusty. Our bed sheets were dirty toilet leaking water. Not to kept up. We have stayed in nicer hotels for the same price through booking for come. Overall it wasn't what I've expected.
