Buena ubicación

No brindaron agua pura ni asistencia para saber en donde se podía conseguir, medio rollo de papel higiénico para tres días y cuatro personas, únicamente brindaron 2 toallas, el personal no es nada amable, todas las señoritas que nos atendieron siempre estuvieron mal encaradas y respondían mal, el aire acondicionado hacía ruido aún cuando estaba apagado, tenían perros ladrando a media noche (no estoy en contra de los animalitos pero si deberían de controlar el ruido)

Las instalaciones adecuadas y limpias.

Tuve un problema con la máquina expendedora pero nadie pudo darme solución y se trago mi dinero. Y siento que hay moteles que te ofrecen más amenidades

Me facilito mucho que hubiera computadora con internet disponible, me ayudo mucho que el personal siempre estuvo dispuesto y disponible, me agradó el desayuno. Las personas de recepción son muy amables la chica de limpieza Belem fue muy atenta

el desayuno del domingo no estaba listo a las 7pm, nos indicaron comenzaba a las 7am, pero pensamos iniciaba para los huespedes no para el inicio de labores del personal... eso si no me gusto. Pero lo demás todo bien

El Hotel nos cancelo la reserva, no tuvieron en cuenta la anotacion especial por Booking donde indicamos que llegabamos en la madrugada, teniamos dos personas mayores de edad que requerian descansar luego de un vuelo de 5 horas y nos toco a nosotros mismos ubicar hotel
