"Mala atención y cancelación injustificada de mi reserva"

Tuve una experiencia muy negativa con este hotel. Tenía una reserva confirmada y había informado con anticipación que mi vuelo salía de Colombia a las 22:00 h y llegaba a Ciudad de México a las 2:00 a.m., por lo cual haría el check-in al día siguiente. A pesar de haberlo notificado, el hotel canceló mi reserva sin previo aviso, SABIENDO QUE ESTABA CON ADULTOS MAYORES, no me ofrecieron ninguna reubicación y tampoco mostraron disposición para ayudarme al llegar. Debido a esta falta de gestión y comunicación, me vi obligado a cancelar por mi cuenta y se me cobró una multa injusta, tanto por la habitación cancelada como por una segunda reserva asociada. Considero inaceptable que se me penalice cuando fue el hotel quien incumplió el acuerdo, al no respetar mi solicitud y no notificar la cancelación con tiempo. NO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO ESTE HOTEL Y CADENA.

"No lo que esperaba al ser operado por Marriot"

Buena ubicación en un área segura

- Extraviaron pasaporte de uno del grupo en recepción en el momento del check inv y decían que no se le había entregado. Realmente lo tenían en el counter. - De las 8 habitaciones entregaron llaves a dos que ya estaban ocupadas y al entrar encontraron a personas durmiendo. - Todas las noches al llegar había que ir a recepción desbloquear las llaves. - Desayuno poca variedad. - No disponen de blower ni plancha en las habitaciones y para prestarte una te piden que dejes pasaporte en lobby. - Le robaron a una de las personas US$45.00. Lo tenía escondido en la habitación porque no había caja fuerte y diariamente le iban sacando US$5 y US$10. La persona se daba cuenta diariamente porque lo tenía contado.
