El hotel es muy silencioso, el personal es muy amable y el mismo está muy limpio Cuentan con desayuno delicioso y café 24 h ! En el primer piso tienen una máquina de hielo y un cuarto de lavadora y secadora de fichas que en la recepción se las brindan por un módico precio, y también hay para aplanchar. El hotel tiene cerca restaurantes y en la misma acera un super mercado y está a dos calles del Paseo Reforma. Cuentan con un transporte a 5km a la redonda gratis para los huéspedes que es muy funcional

No me gustó que tuviera que dejar mi identificación en la recepción por la secadora de pelo, ya que por seguridad uno no sale con el pasaporte y es necesario portar identificación, y es molesto estar dejando la secadora y devolviendo para obtener la identificación. Creo necesario tener cajas fuertes en las habitaciones, no es conveniente portar cosas de valor ni me gusta dejarlas en la recepción, aunque sé que pueden estar seguras

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es una zona segura y tiene varios comercios alrededor (supermercado, cafeterías, restaurantes, un parque). El desayuno es variado y con muy buen sabor, y además con un amplio horario. La habitación nos pareció cómoda. El horario de check out a la 1pm está genial. Volveríamos a quedarnos acá!

El servicio de limpieza puede mejorar. Nos hospedamos 6 noches, nos ofrecieron servicio de limpieza a la habitación, y solo lo pedimos para 2 días y fue muy superficial, solo tendieron camas y cambiaron toallas, el baño definitivamente no lo limpiaron.

Lo único que pudiera decirles es que el Primer día me Bañe con agua helada, no sé si el boiler estaría apagado pero de ahí en más todo muy cómodo, las chicas de recepción súper amables
