Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Gute Lage um schnell vom Bahnhof, oder Busbahnhof, ans Ziel zu gelangen.

Das gebuchte Zimmer, besonders das Badezimmer benötigt dringend ein „update“. Sorry, aber auch ein 2 Sternehotel kann besser gemanagt werden. Das Frühstück war unterirdisch. Schmutzige Tische mit Bergen von schmutzigem Geschirr. Das Personal ist unterbesetzt, überfordert und kann nichts dafür. Auch wenn viele Gäste ihren Anteil am Chaos verursachen, jede Jugendherberge wird besser geführt.

La ubicación

Las sabanas las tuve que quitar porque están sucisimas, el baño viejo y sucio, sin aire acondicionado y la cama bastante incómoda. Por si fuera poco, no hay nadie en recepción desde las 15 a las 7 de la mañana, pero bajo A las 7 y no hay nadie tampoco por lo que hice el check out por teléfono, no repetiría ni loco

Very close to the train station and city center

No AC, no hair dryer. The hotel facilities are old, strange smell in the elevator.

La ubicación y la insonorización . La posibilidad de tomar agua y café en todo momento en el loby. La amabilidad del personal.

Que no tiene aire acondicionado . No tiene personal exclusivo para atender el desayuno lo que genera que no se reponga a tiempo los productos del buffet.
