"Dirty old and smells"

Nothing

Dirty, carpet stains everywhere. Rusty bathroom fixtures, peeling old wallpaper. Broken sidewalks, entire property smelled musty and gross. All for $200 a night. I'm embarrassed for you, Holiday Inn.

"Staff was great and hotel was clean"

This facility barely meets ADA requirements. You must go outside and enter through an exterior door to reach your room without having to use stairs. The handicap shower is an adapted tub, so there is an issue with the height to step over, and the seat was pulling out of the wall. It was barely adequate.

"I needed a place to spend the night after a wedding and this did the job."

Close to a lot of things and right off of 69.

Stain on carpet by bed, stains on liner of blinds made them look old and unappealing.
