Americourt Extended Stays

All was good.

Lighting in Park lot.

Convenience of check-in and location.

Room was not super clean. Refrigerator and microwave were not clean. Had a bug on the floor and looked as if it had not been swept or mopped recently.

Very bad smell in all building

The bed was clean, it was close to the main road for what you need

The property was dirty, so we’re the windows. I had the wipe the bathtub down because it was covered in hair and dirt. The tv was shattered when we tried to use it. The lady who checked me in made a mistake and I was then told to leave a day early because of extra costs (damage deposit) I was made unaware of. After seeing the tv before making the deposit I refused to do so. It was clear the “damage deposit money” was not being used to fix damages or manage upkeep. The lady who checked me in and checked me out was lovely and polite however the lady who say I needed to leave was rather rude and unprofessional. I paid 170 dollars for the room expecting all expenses to be paid and I was charged extra 3 days in to my stay. The room was a mess and I will not be staying there again.

EVERYTHING... This condition had to be the most disgusting place. Roaches, ceiling,walls covered in mold,wasn't clean,cigarettes on the floor,all busted up.. the safety latch didn't even work was busted..I can't even post all the pictures and videos ..the accommodation was the worst place I've ever witnessed

Staff were super friendly and professional, price was cheap

Roach crawled on me while laying down... Immediately checked out

Checked out 5 mins after checking in. Roaches were all over the bathroom. No one cleaned and the prior persons stuff was still in the room.
