Americourt Extended Stays

This place from the start of opening the room door smoke smell hit you in the face. Without notice they hold a $50 deposit. The bathroom was has missing tiles. I would like my money back.

Great location , cheap price.

Asked for nonsmoking. Room had a dirty ashtray in it. Floor was dirty. Mold on curtains. Holes in bathroom walls. No hangers, blow dryer or iron. No one at desk during the night time hours Checking in, they washed me to fill out a 10 page resignation!!

Arrived after 1am. Their system reset at 1 am. Put ne as no show. Lost reservation. Had to get refunded.

The hotel cancelled my reservation the day before because they only deal with a week or longer stay because it was race weekend. I booked the room in Oct. The desk person made a call to the manager who wasn't able to contact me due to not having my phone number. My number was on the reservation request. After a long discussion she decided to give me a room. The room was their most current remodeled room that they had. The room was not the best as the bathroom pluming needs redone as the toilet didn't flush and the shower didn't work. The paper roll was missing. The walls and floor haven't been remodeled. The key card maker wasn't working so we didn't get room cards. Towels were old, thin, and dirty. I am very disappointed, and I will never return, nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone

Drove 6 hours just to be told our reservation had been canceled because they only offered weekly and monthly rentals.

Room was dingy. I saw three cockroaches on my first night. Bedside table was broken. Fixtures were missing from the walls, and the ones that were there were rusty and falling apart. Walls were exceedingly thin; I could hear the people next to me breathe.
