Easy to find. Parking available. Clean with the exception of several rooms being remodeled.0verall quiet. The piano playing Saturday night was wonderful. I loved how the calming music filled the air. Hot water for tea always available in the lobby. I would recommend.

I used my points to get a room for my sister for one night, Thursday May 29. I called the hotel directly first to inquire about the renovations. The girl who answered the phone was very friendly & helpful, indicating they were finishing up on the 2nd floor. They had started at the top floor and worked their way down. Based on that info, I picked a corner room on the 3rd floor for my sister, since it was the most recently completed floor. She was not overly concerned about construction noises as she would wake well before 8 am. This was her response to me when I asked her about her stay: “It was very nice. Construction impact barely noticeable and I was one floor above it. I asked for a blow dryer in the morning and it was delivered within minutes by a friendly employee.” I guess we’re not overly picky. But seriously, I HAVE had terrible stays at some hotels. This one though, according to my sister, was not one of those times.

The highlight was Gracie’s where we had an event. The staff, especially Corey, was above perfect! They made it so much easier for us, even knowing what we needed before we did!

Nice Hotel.. except the register fell off the wall in the middle of the night. If I had been under it, it would have hit me in the head. Obviously was not screwed in properly. I asked at the desk when I checked out about a discount since register fell off wall. I did not get one, but felt for the price I paid for the room, I was entitled to one. The man working the desk said he would notate so I wouldn’t be charged extra for register. I said it fell off all by itself..Not properly installed..

I was overcharged by booking.com you charged me up front on 5/4/2025 for room & insurance at a price of 363.09..I was confused by making me pay up front like that& insurance at that time. I immediately called my daughter & their room was way less. I called Doubletree Hotel immediately after my Daughter. They said this was not right . I requested full refund within 30 minutes of booking. I have only received partial. You owe me $234.99. I just checked with my credit card they have not received a credit from you for the difference. I want my money back or I am turning you in for fraud

Beautiful hotel. Front desk was super friendly and gave us warm cookies! Houlihans was attached and their Mac n cheese was amazing!

Room not up to Hilton standards ,uncomfortable worn mattress. People living on the streets around the property. Waste of money

Was only there for 1 night. Staff were informative and friendly. Attached restaurant was very convenient with great staff and good food for the family.

Ease of checking in ...very nice front desk people..nice ambiance

Recently remodeled. Surprisingly nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant was nice addition. Great coffee shop within walking distance. Always love the cookies.
