Staff was not helpful with answering questions about restaurants in the area, and since there was nothing available in the hotel, they should have been able to provide this information.

Nothing , horrible experience and manager was rude as well as rest of desk staff.

They left us to stay in our vehicle on Christmas Eve because of a $100 deposit they wanted and would not take the $100 in cash, it was again Christmas Eve no place was open at 11:30 at night to have money out on a cards

Convenient location near highways, PHX Airport and ASU where there were lots of restaurants and shops. Staff was extremely nice, kind and helpful.

It looks a little run down from the outside, but it was nice & updated inside. However, the curtains, outside facade and stairwells need to be updated and refreshed. My room was located a floor above the pool gate and you could hear the banging of the gate every time it closed. Needless to say that was very annoying because the pool didn't close until 10pm. Also, the room & sliding doors were thin. You could hear everything, especially being right near the pool area. Also, would have been nice if they provided a free breakfast.

The hotel was clean great staff and location was perfect for my needs. The price was very competitive as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an extremely unsafe and unpleasant experience at the Wyndham Hotel Airport PHX. The conditions did not match the photos online at all. The hallways smelled strongly of mildew, and the elevators smelled like fresh weed despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking. When I reached my room, the door wouldn’t lock, and there were people congregating right outside. There were clear signs of smoking in the room next door, and one individual made an inappropriate comment toward me after seeing which room I was assigned. As a woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel safe for even a moment and left immediately without staying in the room at all. The front desk staff acknowledged the issues and initially said a refund would be possible, but it has not been processed. After speaking with other PHX-based flight attendants, I learned that several crew members have had similar experiences here. This is absolutely not a safe or clean place for travelers, especially solo travelers or airline crew. I strongly advise choosing a different hotel.
