Convenience. Close to airport

They never came to clean our room! I Personally went to the desk to tell them. I couldn’t call because the phone did not work!! I asked cleaning staff in the hallway at least twice!! Also killed a ROACH in the bathtub!!!

Room was clean

Pictures of suites are fake they dont have suites even though they advertise and charge you for them. They only have balcony and pool view one queen bed no couch no extra room. Called downstairs and they rudely said booking is wrong. I had zoom meetings in the morning no private space.
