The Ramada Inn is a great place to stay. The staff and resturarant are excellent. The hotel has started to make improvements to the physical appearence on the interior and exterior.

"We were happy with our stay."

Shower was great. Nice towels. Didn't get to try the restaurant, but it looked very nice. Menu looks very interesting...in a good way.

Coffee after 11AM would be appreciated.

Clean rooms and convenient location to the harbor but it is located very close to a warming center with a lot of idle men milling about. I asked the front desk if my bicycle would be safe if I left it outside and they advised to bring it in the room.

"Best hotel in upper Michigan"

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our track across Michigan, even better than the Grand Hotel on Mackinaw Island. The room was very spacious with a separate setting area. The bed was extremely comfortable, best night sleep yet. This was our 4th hotel and the best yet. The desk staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Yes it is an older hotel but the room was very clean. Would highly recommend this hotel.
