"HS Hockey Trip"

High School Hockey team trip. The Staff (everyone. Housekeeping, lobby, everyone) were amazing. The hotel needs updating but the performance by the Staff made me forget that. There was not a person there that did not make us feel comfortable and valued as guests. The food on site was great and they scrambled to feed our whole team breakfast in a pinch. The front desk personnel deserve a gold star. They were exceptional and gracious (having to deal with 20 high school hockey boys). Rooms were comfortable and CLEAN.

downtown, staff friendly

Pool floor needs love, it looked moldy by the walls. Rooms were clean but musty/outdated shower clogged

it’s an old property. No breakfast available with stay. Beds were comfortable however, my wife and I will probably not stay there again.

Close to where we needed to be

Someone left lunch meat in the fridge and left the door ajar the room stunk The air conditioner was leaking and half the room was soaked Told the staff and they just shrugged it off
