Delta Hotels by Marriott Richmond Downtown

Quite nice, we would have had breakfast if the restaurant was open longer than 9:30??

The Allianz amphitheater is a mere 300 feet down 5th street from the hotel. That is reason enough to stay here for a concert. However, the room was clean, the staff professional and courteous, and our stay was wonderful.

Shuttle service to areas close by was excellent! Thank you.

Air circulation in room not good. No way to keep fan on with air conditioning. Stuffy

Clean and comfortable, well situated. Felt safe, and onsite parking was easy. Check in process was simple. Overall felt this was a good value for the location and amenities.

Food at the restaurant was just OK - and fairly expensive for what it was. Lobby smelled like chlorine from the pool. There was no info in the room or provided by staff on amenities like wifi/room service.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was spacious, clean and water pressure was good. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or Uber to lots of restaurants, bars and attractions. The pool and hot tub were clean and towels well stocked. The temperature of the water was a bit uncomfortable though. The pool was a little too cold and the hot tub too hot to really enjoy for long at all. We had a room near the elevator and could hear people talking clearly from the bed. If we come back to Richmond we would request a room away from the elevators.
