I am surprised that no reviews mention the roaches. We ended up leaving early in the morning after finding 3 baby roaches in our bathroom, scurrying when the light was turned on with one finding cover in our soap dish by the bathroom sink. I was able to kill them but was too grossed out to stay longer. Many guests had issues with their cards not activating properly which staff promptly attempted to fix and elevator lines did have long wait at times. Staff were pleasant and the hotel did its job by being close to the venue we were attending.

We stayed at the Delta because it’s close to Allianz Amphitheater, where we planned to attend a concert. While it was great that we could walk the 2-3 blocks from the hotel to the concert venue, we felt the hotel was in serious need of a renovation. The tub backed up almost immediately when we showered, and that tells me there’s a big nasty blob of previous guests’ hair in there. Even with a brief shower, you end up ankle deep in the muck. The sink also backed up, though not as disgusting. The carpet seemed dirty. There were crumbs on the carpet from a previous guest, and it just seemed grimy. We’d brought a bottle of wine to enjoy at the hotel after the show, but were disappointed to find no glasses in the room — just paper cups. I even visited the front desk, but they too had only paper cups to offer. The breakfast bar in the morning was dreadful. The waffles were barely warm, but rubbery. The eggs were also barely warm. The fruit looked like it had been chopped up a week ago. The coffee was brown, but that’s about the only indication that it was coffee. The parking garage is just above the dumpster dock at street level. Let me tell you, the stench of that dumpster hit you as soon as you entered the garage. Think: landfill on a brutally hot day. Again, the location is close to the amphitheater, but it’s about 3-4 blocks away from anything else. I hope the hotel gets a renovation and the neighborhood picks up

The spa needs to be filled when the water is low. You will burn out the pump if there's no water going into the skimmer. Otherwise the spa was super relaxing and rejuvenating.

Very comfortable bed.
