"Good"

We stayed one night and we did not have a shower a curtain. Called down to get one and it never showed up. I also have a broken foot so i could not get into the bath tub. So no one could take a shower. Ridiculous

As usual this was a peaceful stay. Working 6:00am in the morning and returning to a quiet room at 6:00pm was perfect. Was not able to take advantage of all the amenities, but still had a great time. Food was excellent.

The sink was filthy, there was a HUGE roach in the bathroom and the manager at the front desk was so rude and wouldn’t give me her name. It was the worst Marriott experience of my life.

"Very nice night away"

We do not have one complaint about our stay! The bedding and bathrooms were crisp and clean. Short walk to the Allianz Amphitheater. Front desk folks were kind and helpful. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Richmond!
