Stanford Inn & Suites Anaheim

Beds were comfortable and water pressure was good. Ice machine was available. It was close to Toy Story parking structure about 12 min walk and restaurant and mini Marts around the area.

Parking was 15$ a night :( room smelled a bit musty but because air conditioning was off after it turned on it was better. Rooms were not the nicest but It didn’t bother me that much!

There was fresh wood stain on the furniture that was still wet. It got on our clothes and my child’s hands. Manager said they’d compensate but never did. Promised $50 back and got nothing.

I loved my two-day stay here. I was able to drop off my bags at the front desk first thing in the morning because I arrived early to go to Disney. The breakfast was really good compared to breakfasts in the U.S. The park is very close by, and you can take the bus from the parking lot right out front. Overall, it was great—I’d go back a thousand times.

Not just at the hotel, but in many places across the U.S., contactless credit card payments aren’t accepted. I had to put down a $100 deposit, but I didn’t have a physical credit card, let alone cash—who carries cash these days? I’m totally behind the times in that regard. I had to pay with a debit card, and as of today—13 days after the trip—the refund still hasn’t been processed. I’ve been waiting.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was nice option and rooms were clean.

Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and rooms smell musty

Staff displayed excellent customer service. They were friendly, kind, and helpful. Room was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Parking on site was extra. The cost per day adds up plus tax.
