"George goes above and beyond"

George goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has what they need. He made sure I had a coffee carrier when he saw me trying to carry 3 coffees. He is such a happy man who loves people and loves his job. We need more people like him in the world.

"A scenic and memorable stay"

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Waterstone. Our room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. We were particularly impressed with George, who helped store our luggage while we waited for check-in.He couldn’t do enough for us. Seaspray, the outdoor café was lovely and the service was great.

"Gracious Staff"

The check-in staff was so very helpful and gracious! We were attending a family wedding and personally we had three rooms accommodating a toddler and babysitter and needed rooms close to each other with early check-in so baby could nap. All was perfect, rooms were very clean. GEORGE from valet was very helpful and had a wonderful attitude. He helped us both checking in and out. We had so much luggage due to further travel and he handled everything like a champ. We are so grateful to all the staff, they really made our stay seamless. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

"Lackluster at the Waterstone"

I think my expectations were higher than they could meet. Ice maker on our floor not working half the stay, fan in bathroom broken, furniture for balcony missing, 1 of the only 2 elevators broken for a day and this is considered one of the best accommodations in Boca. Staff was kind! Parking is over $30/day but we needed our car. We were there for a week. Restaurants very pricey especially the sushi concept. The good thing was the balcony doors once sealed kept out the tremendous noise outside so that was awesome. Would I stay again… probably not. The value just wasn’t there. We did get 2 water bottles every day so there’s that! It’s Boca baby so it’s all overpriced and pretentiously posh!
