George is amazing! He’s helpful, dedicated, courteous and brings joy to every guest. His smile and positivity is infectious

We held our wedding room block at the Waterstone as well as our Welcome reception and Sunday brunch. The hotel is incredible and the staff are extremely warm and welcoming, especially George who always had our back and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed during our stay! We can’t say enough nice things about the Waterstone and will definitely be coming back to eat at the restaurants there!

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. George specifically was very kind to our family and made the stay incredible.

The rooms were very comfortable and quiet could not hear the maids or doors closing. Location and views were great! Restaurant had great ambiance!

The room had a slight odor may just be the laundry detergent they use. We could hear some traffic even 10 floors up but we got use to it.

Where do I begin! Cockroaches in room first day, I got a room switch the blinds were broken, toilet was broken and hit against the wall, tv didn’t work, lady defecates herself next to my girlfriend valet wouldn’t give me my keys during a emergency I’m disgusted

George, at the Concierge Desk, was instrumental in getting our luggage from our room to our vehicle. He is the consummate professional and a pleasure to interact with. He is an outstanding HILTON team member and clearly brings credit to your company's brand.

Rooms were tired. Service at the front desk was awful. Service otherwise was good. Restaurant furniture was dirty and it felt very unhygienic. So to put it bluntly it was a very dirty poorly staffed hotel and expensive for the privilege..!
