"Great Location and George is a must!"

The resort was nice and well located. The amenities were widespread and it was really nice having two restaurants on site. We were there for a large family gathering and we didn't have to leave for a very nice group dinner at Kasumi. The staff were all excellent and George was a standout! He is a great Ambassador for the property and always has a smile to share with all that cross his path!

we enjoyed our four nights at the Waterstone. The pool was nice and warm. The staff was friendly. We especially liked George who always smiled and made us feel welcome. Breakfasts were delicious. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and comfortable with streaming TV.

Check in went ok. Wish there was more then one person working the front desk. Waited a few times to speak to the one person behind the desk. The Valet was also slow and we had to wait several times. Wish there was a free self park option. The hotel was very clean and we loved the location and views. The outside pool area and bar were very cool and clean. The one staff member that really stood out was George. He greeted us every morning, was very helpful and a super friendly guy. He seemed to really enjoy his job and love people. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

Ocean was visible as well as Boca Inlet but not exceptional. Location, TV, shower all good. Ice machine on every floor a plus. Signature hotel smell was nice upon entrance. Valet's were nice. Food was good but expensive. Shopping and beach were not in walking distance. Temperature was not adjustable. 65 degrees or set to off. Would not book thru Expedia again. Prefer hotel to customer relationship for better service and quality.
