Hotel is under extensive renovation. No breakfast and place was a bit tore up. I did not know this when O booked

There was dirty water in the tub when we arrived, and a used towel hanging on the bathroom door. When reserving the room, I was not informed the building was under construction, so there would be no breakfast available.

Hot breakfast was advertised on website and sign out front, however, no breakfast at all was offered. There was no clock, chair or microwave. Very minimal furnishings. The bathtub had hairs in it. The cable tv was extremely basic and the few channels that were offered were snowy pictures.

We were in town for our son’s wrestling tournament and booked this place since some of our friends were staying here too. Honestly, we almost canceled when we first walked in. The lobby felt really old and rundown, and the elevators were sketchy, we used them once and stuck to the stairs after that. There’s also some construction going on, which didn’t help the first impression. Surprisingly, the room itself was actually pretty nice, better than what we expected based on the rest of the hotel. One big downside was that the weight room was closed for construction, which was tough since the boys needed to work out for the tournament. Breakfast was super limited too, not much to choose from.

Our room was very clean and nice, but they are in the middle of massive renovations presently.

Check in staff were awesome. It wasn't until then I was told that no breakfast would be provided due to construction. I let the desk know in the morning that the bed felt like a mix of laying on a water bed or one mixed with oatmeal. For me, not the most comfortable bed. I do wish them the best of luck with the brand change over.

The hotel was under construction and remodeling was on going. Our room was finished and in excellent condition. We were provided free coffee.

Unfortunately my credit card, discover was charged twice and I am having to deal with this problem. The Lady at the front desk couldn't find my name or confirmation number. Could not help me with the double charge for one night stay. I had to contact Discover to let them know. I had to call back to speak with the manager, Neil. He said that he would take the extra charge off of my card, but I would have to wait 3to 5 days before it would go off. He sent me a receipt with an adjustment for the extra charge of $119.91. I will still have to wait to see if everything has been honestly corrected. and will have to contact Discover to let them know if this problem has been corrected.

Pictures of hotel are deceiving. Let’s start with it took 3 times of returning to hotel desk to get my room key to work. Elevators are jerky, doesn’t display what floor your on since none of the lights work. Hallway on 4th floor smelled like urine, room had a musty odor to it and everything was outdated. Only 6 channels on tv were watchable due to static. Bathroom was tiny and filthy. Expedia its self needs to have contact with this hotel about submitting false pictures and I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you’re up to date on your shots.

I pre paid it said free hot breakfast and no breakfast
