Not much to like a run down condition hotel

I stayed here with my two daughters on Father’s Day. I’m an over the road Trucker….. and felt they was offering a fair price for the stay…. The terrible thing about this place to be concise was nothing in there at work me and the kids get dressed for the pool. Ask the front desk with the pool at they told me the pool was closed. When we got to our room, the TV wasn’t working and they gave me multiple excuses about it one time they told me oh that’s just how it is. The reception is bad here another time when we came back from going somewhere else to go swimming at a pool. I asked him did you fix my TV they lied to me and say yes, we fixed it but when I went up in the room, the TV was the same. It still wasn’t working not to mention when we first went into the room there was barely tissue left on the roll. I called and asked for more they once again lied and said the guy that’s coming to fix the tv will also bring the tissue…..so now here I am stuck in this room with my two little girls with no tissue nor nor working tv. I finally went…… never mind I’ll get the point by now. I’m tired of talking about this raggedy place.

Staff was NOT it. No toilet paper or soap in the rooms . Housekeeping walked in without knocking . Room stinks like cigarettes .. wouldn’t come back

I booked a reservation at this hotel and when we arrived they said they had cancelled our reservation and room without ANY notice! What is the point of a reservation if you give the room away??!!! Absolutely deplorable.

Breakfast wasn’t ready until after 6:30 am. Pool not open at all-said maintenance-no sign of anyone doing any….stains all over our room rug…..would not recommend to anyone 👎👎

It was dirty and we refusedto stay and we could not get our prepayment back. We stayed elsewhere

I liked nothing about my stay at this Comfort Inn. It was dirty, in desperate need of repair, and had to request toilet paper, soap, shampoo and Kleenex b/c there were none in the room when we checked in. Shower curtain was falling out of the wall, 3rd floor elevator call panel was duck taped into the wall. 3rd floor vending room and ice machine room had water all over the floor. Told front desk about it and there was still no action by the time we checked out the following morning. Breakfast room was dark and gloomy and was not a suitable place to eat. Requested a room receipt upon checkout and was told paid in advance to Expedia and they had emailed my receipt to me. Still no receipt received. I will not use Expedia for booking again.

The room was clean. However they didn't check the room to see if we needed anything. When we asked the front desk for some toilet paper, we were told the store room was locked and to go to the store and get some. I did tell the front desk what happen as we were checking out. They showed me the key in the drawer and said they will talk to him. We travel to CT frequently and we will be not staying here again.
