my room had dirty they don’t vaccum, pool was dirty… they had nothing at breakfast, staff was rude… sheets had stains on them they had no towels, rags i don’t know how there open still very disgusting felt like i was itching in bed.. mini fridge wasn’t cold. tv remote was slow

Our first night the bath tub retained water, and was fixed the next day. Breakfast was limited to apples only for fruit; fried eggs; there was no milk for the cereal and there was no yogurt. Housekeeping was limited and they spoke no english.

I booked a room for a family member with limited mobility. The staff placed us in a room with dried blood on the side of the wall near the lamp. I left the room only to notice that the locking system was faulty and the door wouldnt lock. I notified staff who said they would fix it in the morning. I ended up staying the majority of the night in the room to protect my dad from any break in. They fixed the lock in rhe morning. They never provided room service despite multiple requests. My father had to sleep on tge same sheets for 3 days. Due to a major event in the city there were no other motels availible in the immedate area. This place is straight out of the 3rd world...and ive stayed in 3rd world countries with better guest rooms/hotels. Please avlid at all costs. This place needs to be shut down.

Excellent location, located in a beautiful area., easy walking for dining Pharmacies gas station about anything you want. In fact I had a minor problem with my I phone and there was a Verizon store in walking distance. Everyone on the staf is pleasant helpful and and polite. We just had a great time.

I the shower had ragged mat. We did not take a shower. No soap or shampoo in room. Refrigerator evidently broke down the door was open and several towels had been left to sop up the water the rug was soaking wet for 3 ft. The AC was jacke up on 2x6 boards and was running constantly making the room very cold. This was on 3rd floor and the control panel was broken and held together with blue making tape. We couldn’t get the elevator to work so we use the stairs. When we got to the 1st floor the door was locked. That is a fire door. We went back to the 2nd floor and used the elevator to get to the lobby. The stair wells were filthy loaded with all sorts of trash. Cigarette bits empty cigarette packs, paper and junk the room freaked of cigarette smoke so bad that I woke up at 2:30am and coughing up flem. That’s when I got on line cancelled the next night stay and made a reservation for a Hilton Hotel in Glastonbury. As soon as my wife woe up we got dressed and left skipping the breakfast. The Wethrsfeld location should be closed down as a health hazard and a fire hazard.
