Carpet on bedroom and corridors super durty. Shower sealing had a leaking from higher floor and looked disgusting. Towels had hair on it, it looked like it was not washed.

Trash all over the exterior, interior floors grungy. Breakfast chintzy; no orange juice or apple juice, but lemon juice. Really? Lemon juice for breakfast? Housekeeping does not check the room to empty trash or make sure toilet tissue is good. Poorly maintained on general

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was frustrating from start to finish. When we arrived, the bed had visibly dirty linen, and the lamp was unplugged behind the bed—requiring us to physically move furniture just to get basic lighting. The shower towels and washcloths were also dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. To make matters worse, while the room had a TV, there was no remote provided, making it unusable. We finally got a remote only for it to not work. We spoke to the manager around 10:00 AM to request fresh bed linen, and were told someone would come shortly to change it. When we returned around noon, nothing had been done. After complaining again at the front desk, someone finally brought us clean sheets—but we were expected to change the bed ourselves. We went back down to express that it’s unacceptable for guests to have to remake a hotel bed due to dirty linens, and the response felt dismissive.

This property is not clean the front desk. Staff and the owner of the entire building are rude and disrespectful. He would not let me use a government issued passport to check in. He yelled my room number down the hall. So disrespectful and a huge violation of my privacy!! It’s unlawful to announce a guests room number out loud. Let alone down the hallway! In a really unsafe place!

Dirty smelling room no towels at the pool etc

This hotel was so disappointing, I purchased 3 nights for my visiting brother. The first room had a nonworking phone and the toilet didn’t flush! The second room had no telephone at all and no working TV. They wouldn’t reimburse the 2nd and third nights stay and we couldn’t stay a second night. Perhaps this is some scam they run with Expedia, customers pay for multiple nights but checkout early due to intolerable conditions. My brother is handicapped and needs to be able to call 911 and this small request couldn’t be fulfilled. Also numerous guest told me that their sheets and towels were not changed in a week! Bad news hotel

Property was dirty carpet with huge stains, smell really bad. Cigarette buds everywhere and roaches. Elevator missing buttons no handles on shower. We did not stay but one night there had to checked out early the hotel refused to give partial refund. Was a terrible experience
