Had my family out on the street

The rooms are outdated and dirty. The staff did not know what they were doing when checking guests in. There was a concert in the area the evening we checked in and it seemed like they were overwhelmed. They were sending new guest to rooms that were already occupied. When we finally got checked in and tried to get in our room the key did not work. We could not turn on the TV because the remote was not in the room. NEVER EVER AGAIN and if I was you don’t choose this hotel

The property is clearly family owned, while we were lenient with slow service and are patient considering their staff, there were times where no one was present at the front desk because they were at Walmart? My pillows were dirty with hair and stains, plus the lamp was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor at all times. All problems aside, the area around the establishment was great—extremely walkable, great dining places, and various close distance shopping facilities.

Do not go here, it is dirty and the staff is beyond rude/condescending. Dont bother.

Key door stopped working everytime staff was unprofessional and I hate to change my room a couple times because it was dirty

It was dirty, it stinked, it was so loud, and there was really weird people there
