Great location, high class. Friendly and helpful staff. A real find.

I wish we had a fridge and microwave in the room as well as coffee in the lobby, but that is just personal to me.

The location (near the ferry), the staff and the beds were comfy!

The whole place is a bit beat up - needs a face-lift- chair in corner was very worn.

Comfortable with easy access to downtown- adorable park across the street.

"Good hotel"

Room clean, bed comfortable. We had a view of the water. The road is in front of the hotel but from the 7 th floor we weren't bothered by road noise. The music was excessively loud in the lounge so we ate in the restaurant. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. We didn't have a free breakfast voucher. Not sure how you get those.
