Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport

Hallways smelled and my room had bugs in the bathroom like spiders so I was scared to sleep in a bed I had to check it first. I didn't have a remote control I didn't say anything because it was last minute really late and. I had a coffee machine but no coffee to make some. A friend of mine stayed also at a different room she had the same problem but at least I had hot water she didn't.

The staff is awesome. All the ladies at the front desk are great at their jobs and are so friendly.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. However, the room had not been vacuumed and bits of food were lying on the floor. Also, one of the thin blankets hadn't been cleaned; it had hair on it. We would have welcomed another blanket. The shuttle service was efficient and the drivers courteous. We also thought the buffet breakfast was reasonable value.

They canceled my reservation and then tried to rent me an off market room with a Futon and broken heater. The staff was not helpful at all and I was not the only one. Apparently they overbooked and cancelled all pay at property stay with no notification. See chat

The lobby and restaurant are very nice, but the rooms are outdated. The hotel is convenient while in town, and the restaurant food is very good.

My review is about booking. In the past when I fly out of Phl. I drive in the morning of my flight & park at the Parking Spot. My next flight I have to be at the airport at 345am. I called the Clarion & Linda hooked me up. Hotel, parking and shuttle.For only $30 more than the Parking Spot alone.

My lightbulbs didn’t work I was told I had to wait until morning to get lightbulbs

Great experience - from the shuttle pickup at the airport to the drop off the next day. We arrived on a rather chilly day (25F), and we're from Southern California, so we were thankful that we didn't have to wait long for the shuttle outside. Then it was nice and warm in the lobby and the room was already warm as well. We didn't even need to keep the heater on all night, and it stayed toasty inside. We had arrived without a vehicle, so it was convenient to have some food options for dinner at the little snack shop, and a restaurant on site. All of the staff members were friendly and offered great service. We took the airport shuttle again the next morning so we could access public transportation. Thanks for all your help, guys!
