Easy check in. LaToya was friendly and very professional. She was multi tasking with answering the phone,greeting guests, and checking people in all with a smile and kindness. This hotel will remain our go to when we are in the area. Thank you.

Horrible Customer service. Upon checking out, I realized they stole over $400 off my card and when I queried it, the obnoxious sorry excuse of a customer front desk rep gaslighted me because I demanded to speak with someone who was in charge threatening to call the police. She spoke to me in a manner which I had no choice but to resort to calling her a pig before leaving. When my representatives forced them to pay me back, they vindictively took out an unjustified excess cleaning charge of $100 claiming I left thrash in the room - a lie from the pit of hell. These people are liars and have xenophobic attitudes towards certain people not from their culture. They have not even apologized for attempting to steal the money. This hotel does not even deserve a one star. I leave them to time and God.

The staff was amazing front desk and restaurant staff were great . The hotel itself however needs an overhaul. I would not want to stay there again . It took 30 -45 minutes for the water to get hot . Yes we had to let it run that long . Mind you we needed to be at the airport by 6 am for an inter flight!! I am not going to go into all the other problems / issues . Management knows !!! But your staff was great .

Expedia allowed me to book a king bed room, which they did not have. The staff was great, hotel restaurant reasonably priced with good food. Will return for 'park, sleep, fly' when flying out of philly

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our stay at the Clarion Hotel in Pennsylvania was unacceptable. We arrived around 3 PM but were told our room wasn’t ready, so we left and returned later. When we finally checked in, we were immediately disgusted. The carpet was filthy, stained, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. In the bathroom, we found a used bar of soap with a nail clipper on top — absolutely unacceptable and unsafe, especially with our baby traveling with us. The lack of cleanliness extended to every part of the hotel: the hallways, elevators, and even the snack area were dusty and dirty. Hair was visible everywhere. Although the front desk staff was polite, they admitted the situation was out of their control. We originally requested a room with a couch but were told they were overbooked. After we contacted Expedia about the conditions, the hotel tried to move us to another room, but we refused because we didn’t trust that any other room would be cleaner. We were so disgusted that we packed up and drove all the way home the same night. I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. No family should have to pay $200 to stay somewhere so poorly maintained. Ownership and management seriously need to take responsibility and clean up this property. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere — you deserve better.

The water for the shower took 10 minutes to get hot and the toilet also overflowed.

Great stay. Front desk was extremely helpful. Many many thanks to Latoya for her act of kindness when we needed it the most. Room was clean. Bathroom was also clean. Highly recommend this hotel. Housekeeping was punctual, polite and very welcoming.
