Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport

The room was kind of ran down and not extremely clean. The hotel felt safe enough.

Front desk staff was great.

Property was pretty clean and quite. A bit far from the venue but I would stay here again.

One lady at the front desk was super sweet and the other didnt even greet us. When we go to the diner at 8:30 they were sold out of pretty much everything and we were told to try somewhere else- the lady working was also the only one working. The rooms smelled like they were old and full of mildew and our covers had cigarette burns all over them. We had two towels in a room meant for 4 people. The floors were riddled with stains of who knows what. We needed a cheap hotel to stay at before our flight back out of Philly but there are other much nicer places for the same rates in the area. 10/10 wouldn't go back.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Stayed for 3 nights- no housekeeping or clean towels available. Parking very limited. Returned to the room one night and circled the parking lot for over an hour because there were not enough parking spaces. Rooms are old and outdated

We stayed for 3 nights at this property. There were things for microwavable tea, but no coffee. I have never stayed at a hotel that doesn't offer coffee in the lobby for guests. Instead you must pay $3.00 in the restaurant/bar. The restaurant/bar closes very early even on Saturday night on Memorial weekend and there is nowhere close to get a cocktail after a long day. The night we did get there before closing to order a drink, the bartender was very put out as she was closing in 20 minutes, so she made it to go as she couldn't be bothered by customers. When we left for the day, we asked for more towels (only 2 in the room) and for our bed to be made. Neither of those happened so at days end I had to go to front desk where I had to wait while she did paperwork and stated "Well, I will have to go in back when I get a minute" Poor service overall except for the lovely lady that worked in the restaurant the first night we arrived on Thursday. She was friendly, funny and very helpful with finding out about places to go in Philadelphia. She was the highlight of the entire hotel. On our last night, there was some kind of celebration going on. There was NO parking left for guests. We had to make up a spot near a fence and pray we didn't get towed. We asked the front desk about it and told her where we parked and if it would be ok. Her response was "I guess". Overall, I would not return

We often stay at this property. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and a varied menu with super prices! The hotel is a great location to use the shuttle to the airport. Staff is very good as well!

The staff was great but the property needs to be updated. All throughout the hotel needs updating.

I liked the front desk staff and rooms. Elevators are old and the elevator floors needs cleaning and no ice in the ice machine on the 7th floor.Front desk told me to use the ice machine on the lower floor.

If I could rate this hotel a ZERO, I would. American Airlines sent myself and other stranded passengers here.. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Creepy, dirty rooms, stained carpet/walls, bug on bathroom floor, dirty tub, broken lock on balcony door. I did not feel safe - even the van driver 'wished us luck as he dropped us off, saying it is not very nice...' This hotel had an abandoned feel to it. It appears it exists to cater to stranded airline passengers and to run an airport shuttle from the hotel parking lot.
