There was only one front desk clerk, and there was a line for check-in. I was given a room that had not been cleaned, with an unmade bed, damp towels on the floor, and an overflowing waste basket. I called the front desk to complain and was put on hold for a very long time.

There was a power outage and all of the computer systems were down but they still managed to get us a room. Staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful the entire time.

I was shocked at the dimness of 5th fl and hallways. i think i deserve a full refund as the conditios did not facilitate me getting a good nights rest, iron was unusable, bedroon smokey smelling,overall cleanliness unacceptable. i would like a refund.

Certainly! Here's a short and professional version of your message: --- We chose this hotel based on the advertised 24-hour airport shuttle, but despite calling multiple times, no service was provided and we had to arrange our own transport and after arrival at the hotel I realized they were ignoring the customers calls in the front desk. Upon arrival, we also found a dead snake on the ground-level roof visible from our balcony, which was unsettling. Photos are available if needed. Rest everything was fine. Thank you.
