The staff was amazing there. The only thing I did not like was when we got to the room. We did see a lot of paint peeling on the ceiling. And when we got there in the room in the bathroom, there was only one shampoo one conditioner and it was booked for 2 adults So last night when we got back from the concert, we were to ask again for the conditioner and they had none.

I've stayed here a few times and its always been nice and clean. The staff are always friendly and easily accommodates my extra linen requests. We loved the jacuzzi room we stayed in twice as well.

First room I got smelled a smoke I had to go and get it change got my second room and the fridge wasn't working I called the front desk they replaced the fridge with a new one and that wasn't working also

We were stuck for the night after cancelled flights. This hotel was recommended by another passenger but we will not stay there again. First room we were given was under construction no tub no toilet ceiling debris on the floor beds not made. Went back and was given another room but after a long day of travel the staff should have known what was usable and what was not

Hotel could use upgrade--hall carpeting was old, dirty; hotel room door had gap; noisy (end of hall room--never get those--could hear everything from doors opening/closing to voices); limited dining, food mostly tasteless, and semi-burnt (grilled cheese and bacon) restaurant staff very friendly, though
