La Quinta by Wyndham St Petersburg-Clearwater

Our stay there was so stressful! I will not come back and I will not recommend it to anyone! Went to in to check in and the lobby is still under construction but the worst part was the room. The room smelled like smoke and weeds!!!! I have a toddler and we don’t smoke! I thought it’s a smoke free environment! I went to the desk to see if I could change room but J said they are fully booked. The coffee maker was broken so my wife had to go to the desk again to get a working coffee maker and also asked for a microwave. The lady front desk they might get it in the afternoon once everyone checked out on Saturday but when we check J said they were not able to get it. The per night rate was so expensive $500 for two nights for that room and bad service!! I did not have any choice but to stay because of the cancellation fee and hotels or Inn around are fully booked or more expensive! I asked J if there is any compensation because of what happened but he said he cannot do anything! The smell of weeds and smoke got into our clothes, my 2-year-old baby and her milk bottle. It was so bad that we had to clean all our clothes wipe out stuff! We paid $500 for that and that should be refunded!!

Customer service is the best , the front desk guy he is so sweet and professional, I really recommend this place to anybody 😀
