The bathroom is too small

The newly renovated rooms were nice.

The ongoing construction noises gave me a migraine. We found a roach in the room. The lack of new towels and toilet paper unless you go to front desk is annoying.

Nothing

Arrived to room being open and mainteannce painting the room. NONE of the ice machines were operating. Key card would not work when we returned to room. In my career I have stayed at hotels all over the world and almost every state in the country and I know not to keep my room card near my cell phones. Room had horrific musty smell. Was not advised prior to arrival that breakfast would not be available because of construction. Solely a grab and go breakfast. This is was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. No WiFi. No real hot water, water was maybe luke warm at best. Area was run down and digustingly dirty on the stairs and in front of doorway. Numerous "guests" smoking marijuana, vaping and smoking outside of room on stairs. Location is a bad area. Right next to highway, you hear ALL traffic, all night with ambulances, cars racsing. If you are attempting to get rest, this is not the place.

sold me a room with no running water did not no till morning. could not flush tolliet or take shower. no manager on site did nothing for me but say sorry. B,.S. SHOULD HAVE GOT REFUND.

Undergoing some construction so the breakfast was a bag picked up at front desk. We couldn’t get any WiFi and the phone in our room didn’t work.
