"Stay Somewhere Else"

2.0

Definitely the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. Garbage overflowing right as you walk into the lobby. Strange odors in lobby and small notes everywhere with rules. Caution tape on doors. Room was dirty. Sink cabinet practically falling off. Bathroom ceiling with water leak stains. Sink toilet and tub discolored. They don’t clean rooms if you stay more than one day. Front desk doesn’t answer phone. There’s an ironing board but no iron. I asked for one at front desk and they said we don’t have irons. Staff not friendly or helpful. Breakfast was bread and crackers but no way I’d eat it. Stay here only as a very last resort.

Property is not what is shown in the photos. Very misleading. The city condemned the property and building yet they are still taking reservations. How is this even possible? I wish I would have taken pictures.

"Awful!!! Better paying alittle more at another inn nearby! Fair warning"

2.0

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed to say the least. My husband and I travel a lot for we both work on the road. At the end of the day we are exhausted and just wanting some comforts such as a clean room a hot shower and some good food. I don’t really know what exactly is going on in this inn but it appears to me that the family running it lives in the rooms upstairs to start. Many of the staff are extremely rude especially to women and if you dare question anything. Also be prepared to do your own housekeeping bring your own cleaners and such. Housekeeping will not accommodate you in any way! I had to change my own sheets, sneak my own towels and toilettries. The one day we asked for housekeeping the older couple got aggressive and nasty with me. The staff barely speaks any English so alot of misunderstandings happen. The place is very run down and in need of repairs, the whole place stinks, the pool is almost never up and running, laundry room has been closed, restaurant that is connected to the inn is shut down, breakfast consists of breads and jelly only and you can only take one piece there is a sign stating basically not to be greedy others have to eat. In fact there are rude signs that are assuming all over the place. There are a few staff who don’t have hospitality at all and act superior to paying clients. My husband and I stayed one too many times and this is our 3rd week staying but needless to say they obviously do not want our money so we will be taking it elsewhere. Stay humble family Ramada inn from India, what you give you receive back 100 fold!

"HORROR HOTEL"

2.0

DON'T STAY HERE!!! The pictures are misleading. This is a dated, run-down, dirty and disgusting hotel. The man at the reception desk was rude, uncooperative and unconcerned for guest safety and comfort. I will NEVER again book online with any service because of the misleading information posted here. Now I have to file a dispute to get my money back because the front desk REFUSED to check me out when I was at the hotel less than an hour. And the fire alarm went off while I was there and NO explanation given as to why. Fire Department came and left as if they're there all the time.

"ONE STAR September 2024"

2.0

I booked 2 nights and left after 1 night. Room 121. Shower control had no instructions and handle spun aimlessly in circles, eventually fell off. I re-attached and finally found a spot that delivered warm water. Closet door (to hang shirts) did not open - they are bi-fold doors. Standing lamp did not work. After fussing with it, the light bulb flickered, but I could never get the light to stay on. Room 121 had a musty, damp odor. The mattress was well-worn and had a slight sag to it. Breakfast was cold bread or 1/2 bagel....that's it. No fruit, no eggs, Restaurant and bar IS CLOSED. I did not see a fitness room. There is a hot-tub but it did not look inviting and clean. There is an indoor pool, and parents were allowing their children to swim there...I assume it was clean enough. This poor old Ramada is very old and run down. I suppose they generate revenue via their banquet and conference center. I felt sick and nauseous after 1 night, so I left for another hotel.

Check in was easy and efficient, and the frint desk staff was courteous and professional. The room was not the cleanest (i found several hairs on the bed, the shower curtain had mold on the bottom and the shower itself was not clean). The pool, which was a major reason for choosing this property, was not availabile throughout our entire stay due to 'maintenance'. All in all this was a $50-$60 room that I paid upwards of $110 a night for.
