Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. It’s definitely an older hotel but I don’t mind that. Good stay for the price

I booked your hotel through Expedia. I wasn't expecting a 4 star hotel but I did not expect what I found either. The room was not clean. The bedding was stained and the tub was filthy. Then my service dogs found some drugs. Luckily he didn't eat it or he would be dead! I brought this to the attention of your front desk and they moved me to another room that smelled like puke! When I asked for a remedy they offered air freshener..., when I asked for a refund I was told they couldn't offer that. DO NOT BOOK THIS!!!

Ok the room we were given the sink was stopped up. Carpet smell, the bathroom floor was slippery.Changed rooms there were half of a pillow as though they cut the pillows in half. Bathroom floor was so slippery I almost fell. Never again

This place had german cockroaches dead in the waitikg room while we were checking in family did not want to stay. The hotel said theg did not even know about the problem so that means they havent even been treating for the roach infested building. Also Nobody will respond about a refund i have been waitikg for weeks!!

"Bad bad bad"

The entire hotel smells like bug spray. The air conditioner in the room does not work well enough to cool it. When I told the desk clerk that the coffee pot was on, but it was empty. They just shut it off and I had to go to Denny’s for coffee. The rugs are wore out so I can’t even tell if they are clean or not.
