Space Coast Hotel Titusville-Kennedy Space Center

Things were great the night we stayed.

Halls and room had a very musty smell. One lamp in room light bulb was very dim, and a light bulb in the bathroom was out. We had 1 large pillow and a very small pillow for the king bed, but asked for another which was delivered quickly. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Room was very outdated and found no usb outlets to use. Had to unplugged the lamp to plug in a phone charger by the bed. I will pay more somewhere else to get a place that doesn’t make me nauseous when I smell.

This was the absolute grossest place I NEVER stayed! We looked at the room when we got there and our shoes stuck to the carpet, the chair had more stains than a chair in the landfill and there were bugs. I was afraid to touch the mattress to even check for bed bugs. The smell chased us out of there in a minute. Based on the outside and a guy rebuilding his motor in the back lot we didn't even take our bags in. When we arrived at 3 pm the lady at the seat said check in isn't until 4 but I will allow it this time. I asked to look at the room, walked back to the front desk and said no thanks knowing I would not get a penny back. I wanted out of this place and decided immediately that it would rather lose the 72.58 than stay there. Anyone that says this place is okay is a liar it is the worst place I have ever seen.

Stayed the night before our cruise. Not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised. Dylan made check in so easy, but didn't know about the $100 deposit that was required. Food next door was delicious. Room and grounds were clean but the smell of cleaning chemicals was very strong. Would definitely stay again.

The guy at the front desk went above and beyond. He was great!

We checked in and immediately checked right back out room had ceiling tiles caving in room smelled like sewage that had over flowed into the room previously and dried on the carpet, it took my breath away walls counters floors bathroom all so dirty dried food or body waste stuck to the walls. Requested immediate refund and was denied. Went a few miles down and had to spend more money to book a room. Staff was okay other then not giving us a refund, requested the front desk staff to please check the room they checked us in to see the nasty room she refused and said she was sorry but honestly had never seen any of the rooms but agreed she gets the same complaints all the time.

I had an enjoyable stay with easy access to I-95, and the location was wonderfully quiet! A couple of things to note: the bathroom plunger and drain stopper were broken, and the floors felt a bit gritty. That said, the clerk and maintenance staff were super helpful and friendly. Overall, I've stayed in much worse places!
