Valentina was amazing and attentive. She single handedly took care of an entire baseball academy with efficiency and care. I would definitely go again.

Pool and room and bed were very nice. Staff was very helpful.

There wasn't a lot of choices for food. Although it's a cuban vibe there. There is just a food truck that does all the food.

The holtel is really nice for the price. The staff are super helpful, and even with the pool and bar right in the middle of the courtyard the room was really quiet. Loved the island vibe.

The shower water pressure was extremely low, and it was horrible to try and change the temperature of the water. It has a little dial in the middle of the handle and it drops the pressure even more when you change it. The watter was like warm, but the sink was like a pressure hose and plenty of heat tgere

The room and bathroom were comfortable, although the bathroom could have some more hooks for the towels. The pool was large and the pool area was very nice. The lobby has really nice interior design.

The hotel stuff tried to double charge us for the "resort fee." Their damage hold is pretty high, $100 per night, so for us this was $400!

Loved our stay here and Nick is a huge part of why. Super accommodating and did a great job looking out for us. We brought our dog and Nick went out of his way to ensure our pup was comfortable in the heat. Overall everyone on staff was awesome and loved the vibe of the resort.

Management does not speak with guests to resolve problems. We have stayed here before and loved it so not sure if it's a different management company now that owns it or a different manager. A total different experience this time compared to the first time. I've called several times and gave my contact information and no response.

The room we booked was not the same as the room we received. It was missing the microwave, couch, and coffee table that were shown in the booking description. Another major issue was the constant loud music. On our first night, I had to request that it be turned off at 10:45 p.m. (I’m not sure why it was still playing, as there was no one at the pool by that time). It then started up again at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. The music is loud enough to be clearly heard inside the rooms. I understand that the hotel is trying to create a certain atmosphere, but they need to find a way to do that while still allowing guests to relax and enjoy their stay. We ultimately decided to cancel our final night, despite the cancellation fee of approximately $200. When I informed the staff that we were not enjoying our stay, no one even asked what the issue was or attempted to address our concerns. If you're looking for a party hotel with constant "doef doef" music from 8:00 a.m. until after 10:00 p.m., then this may be the place for you. However, if you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, I would not recommend staying here.
