Apollo Hotel Rotorua

There was nothing outstanding about the property. The cleaning was not done properly, there were stains on the walls and floors. The basin and shower were cleaned superficially and the bed not made properly (the fitted sheet was not stretched). We had connections rooms, but when we arrived we could not open the connecting door and

The property is located on a busy, noisy street. The carpet is ratty and there is no air conditioning.

Use less Place. When i ask water for my kids manager told me to take water from toilet tap. I never recommend for any one

Great location, staff is very friendly ( Kudos to Lucy at the Bar!) , rooms are spacious. My room faxing the courtyard was beautiful. I woke uo to birds chanting. Great place!
