I like that its close to central but rooms and bathroom are not clean and can see some moulds. Pool is too cold, not heated and not clean. So is for the jacuzzi pool is not clean and can see residue floating. Receptionist were nice but place seemed undermanned and looks like the receptionist are cleaning the room too

If a person is desperate then you can book this place. Service was great by Sumit. Room decor is out dated. Bed sheet has a hole in it. Stains on the carpet. No tissue box. Room didn’t have a fresh smell.

Budget rate but also budget quality hotel. You get what you pay for.

we had 3 rooms for 1 night. Very handy to Waka Living Mauri Village which is worth a visit.

Based at Whakarewarewa. It was perfect for us. Easy to get to Everything we needed. Room was large very clean and had all the utensils and pots so we could have breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly. Only down side was the couch was not that comfy, Overall though we were very happy and would stay again

Excellent and helpful staff. Rooms were noisy and although appeared clean on closer inspection had tea or coffee splashes on wall that hadnt been cleaned. Spa pools were clean.

Clean room, comfortable bed and others basic commodities were provided.

Looked pretty clean initially but came across a few not so great things. Furniture needs replacing - chunks missing off tables, bedside drawers, etc. plasterer literally outside my door first thing in the morning making a racket. TV was a nightmare to operate. Friendly reception staff. Offered to take my bags to the room.

The pillow cases were dirty, the beds were hard, with no blankets and the heating was noisy with no thermostat or way to control room temperature.

There was dirt and lost objects under the beds. Bathroom sink had dirt stains and balcony floor did lack cleaning.
