They reserved my room, then didn’t have a room when we arrived, and still charged me. I am still fighting for a refund. Horrible place horrible service and there were homeless people outside.

So I like to get a refund or a voucher because the room they gave me had no Wi-Fi available. They had roaches and I went to the front desk and the guy said he couldn’t move me because I didn’t. That wasn’t a reason to move me because I couldn’t get any Wi-Fi.
