Only 2 pillows. Only 1 washcloth. Only ONE chair in the room. The room offered nothing but a place to sleep. I won't be back.

Television did not work.

La habitacion fue buena buen aire frio el bano bueno y la cama pero las personas que estaban afuera fue horrible ya que hubo mucha buya y hasta policias habian en el hotel dando seguridad. No me agrado para nada.

No me agrado para nada. Esta aquí todo lo bueno y malo de lo que experimente en esta estadía que estuve en este hotel

The mid afternoon staff was very rude. Very rude. The afternoon shift was coming on and even they said he was outrageous. and there was no blanket on my bed and I requested a blanket and they didn’t bring me a blanket while I was gone and I got back to the room. It was one of those fitted things that goes on the bed before you put the fitted sheet on how the heck do you cover up with that?

The only thing good about my stay is that the bed was comfortable

My stay was an ordeal from the first night. Check in was ok. I was in town visiting my brother and he picked me up 15 minutes after checking in. I returned back to my room around 9pm. I noticed some talking and music in the room next door but to loud. I decided to shower and when I finished the talking and music had become very loud and was even outside, the rooms was upper level. I decided it was better to get a new room than call and complain. Now being a bit after 10pm, I got dressed and packed my things and was able to get a new room at the in the building unfortunately faced the noisy highway but I dealt with it thru the night. In the morning of my first night, in my second room. I left to visit my brother, i decided to pack my bags and takethem with me. After returning around 4pm, I used the key card that was given to me the night before to get into the room, as I opened the door , a man that was in the bed of MY room ,startled and sat up quickly. I asked him what he was doing in MY room . He said it was his room . I asked him when he got there and he said a short while ago. I told him I had gotten the room the night before and stayed there that night. I'm glad I decided to take my bags with me that morning leaving the room. I went to the front desk and explained what happened and was given another, my 3rd room . In that room I decided to watch TV that afternoon and found that the TV Only got 1 odd channel. I tried calling the front desk on the house phone.. it did not work and I had to call from my cell phone. I was able to leave a message and had to call 6 times to speak with someone. It was around 630 pm and had said my TV only got 1 channel and was told it wasn't normal and that they would send up maintenance guy.... no one ever showed up. I checked out in the morning around 830 am. Over all my stay was VERY disappointing as you can understand.

Necesitan poner mas atencion a la limpieza.

There was no toilet seat or toilet paper. One pillow per bed, no blanket comforter. Very rude evening Staff. Weird smell in room and the tv in our room did not work. Would never stay here, go to red roof in for value room instead
