2 broken lamps, ice machine broken, electrical outlets are either used or hidden behind furniture or beds, hard to charge a cell phone. Mold on fridge door seal, someones hair left in the shower drain and on the tub rail. Chairs old and have torn upholstery. Only two flat pillows per bed.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed. It has a terrible smell in the hallways and also at the entrance. But, the worst of all things is the manager/owner. He is extremely rude and disrespectful. He shouted at the cleaning lady in front of us, and he was also very rude to us because we paid through Hotels.com. He said he doesn't trust online payments. He said that we should pay (again) in the front desk or we would have to leave the hotel. We called Hotels.com and the problem was solved. But, I would never come back to this place, and I wouldn't recommend to anyone to do it.

No breakfast at all.. not even coffee though it was in their manual in the room. Broken ice machine, air conditioner did not work, sink took long time to drain. Pillows were small and flat and needed replacing

Cleanliness was ok, mattresses were horrible,front desk was ok but unless you asked questions they didn’t offer any info on checkout time,wifi password , places nearby to eat. No information in room either. Had room for three people but only enough towels for 2 and no wash clothes or bath matt for when you get out of shower. The ice machine was not working. If all your looking for is a place to sleep for one night is it would be just ok!

TV not responding and gave up. Poor quality soap and shampoo. Very comfortable bed!

It was bait and switch. I had reserved deluxe two double bed room with refrigerator which I paid for in advance. They switched me to a room that had no refrigerator. When I protested they finally showed me a dirty, smelly room, still not what I had reserved as an option. Since it was 8:30 at night and they would keep my payment as it has to be canceled a day in advance I stayed in their room choice. This was my 3 rd stay in 2 months. I was given the reserved room once. They also have non-existent breakfast on their website.
