I arrived after 8pm and had to wait several minutes for someone to come out of a back office and greet me. Also the ice machine is out of order and vending machines are empty but supposedly you can get ice and water from the office. I didn't try.

Not a heck of a lot - entire property was extremely run down. Trash left in very obvious public areas, wall paper ripped and torn, peeling from seams on the wall, bathroom ceiling - open to floor above.

So many things to identify - entire property gave appearance of a "rent by the hour" hotel. Extremely run down in every aspect. Staff was very reluctant to provide a check out sheet - had to call for permission to do so.

Partial list: no soap in the bathroom. So dark there could barely see. Vacuums, bug killer, other junk behind front desk. Musty smell in room. Peeling paint. Front door locked, no staff on duty. Pile of old vases and planters next to front door. Back door broken. Ice machine broken. Snack machine empty & broken. Pop machine sold out. Window rotted out and swollen.

Was disappointed that there was no breakfast and the TV was not operating correctly

We booked the place online but got there and they did not have the room. We had to pay more for an extra bed we did not need. On top of that it took us 20 mins to get checked in. Beds are not good.

We did not stay due too heavy mold conditions on surface and in the air. Another family also reported the same moldy conditions.

good value, but not the ritz

The manager/owner is extremely rude and disrespectful, to staff and to costumers. The lobby and the hall have a terrible smell. The city is small and people may not have many options to book. But, if you can, avoid staying there. It’s very unpleasant.

It was ok overall but we had problems finding an electric outlet that was live to plug my laptop in.
