Comfort Inn & Suites Albuquerque Downtown

When we arrived to the hotel after a very long day of driving, we were immediately greeted with a very friendly welcome from Roger at the front desk. He was fantastic! We asked for nightly restaurant suggestions and he was spot on with his recommendations. Our stay was for Flamenco Festival Albuquerque. This Comfort Suites location was an excellent choice for ease of getting around Albuquerque. We had the larger room suite and it was great for a longer stay. The bathroom was roomy and really clean. Having a kitchenette was a nice upgrade from the standard room. And the beds were great. No complaints! Terese P. was the manager and during the day and I enjoyed our friendly conversations. She was so pleasant and helpful. Being greeted daily with sincere appreciation and kindness is huge to me. This Comfort Suites location did not disappoint!! Thank you to Terese, Roger and all the other staff who were friendly EVERY single day!

Le seule problème, ce qu'on dois toujours demander une femme de menage pour nettoyer la chambre, elles ne viennent pas automatiquement, ont dois prévenir la réception 2 jours en avance pour avoir une femme de menage, ce n'ai pas normale. Par compte, il ont pas oublié de nous payé la taxe de l'hôtel. La première semaine de nos séjours ont n'a jamais vu la femme de ménage, sa veux dire que notre chambre est rester sans netoyage pendant une semaine, c'est inadmissible. Ont n'avait aussi réservé pour la 3 ème semaine dans le même hotel, lors de retour de Santa Fe. Ont n'a demander une femme de menage, c'est là qu'on a dis, qu'il faut réserver 2 jours avance pour le nettoyage. Le responsable nous a fait comprendre qu'ils sont restreintes pour les femmes de ménage, dans ce cas là, il devais pas nous faire payer la taxe. Dommage qu'on n'avait déjà réservé par Booking sinon j'allais annulé et prendre un autre hôtel.

I was in between 3 and 4 stars. The room was clean, and the suite with sofa bed was very spacious. Check in was easy, and they were very nice. The cons were that the hotel is not next to anything within walking distance, so felt a Lil shady. Also, tried to use the hotel's free direc TV movies, but it was buffering way too much and eventually just stopped. Shower temperature sometimes would change in mid shower. I would go back if the price was right.

We have always been warmly welcomed by the reception staff and for breakfast. Roger is very welcoming, he takes care of us and advises us on the visits we can do in Abq. He is very kind and always smiling, he made our stay at the hotel even more pleasant, thank you Roger. The two frenchs.
